1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using NEXUS AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. AI Generation & Intellectual Property
NEXUS AI provides access to third-party AI models (Sora 2, Midjourney v7, etc.). You are solely responsible for the prompts you submit and the content you generate.
- You must not generate content that is illegal, hateful, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
- We claim no ownership over the content you generate; however, we grant you a license to use it subject to the terms of the underlying AI models.
- NEXUS AI is not liable for any copyright claims arising from generated content.
3. Credit System & Fraud
The Service uses a virtual credit system. Credits can be earned by completing third-party CPA offers (tasks).
- Time-Lock Verification: Credits are granted after a time-lock verification process. This is to ensure task completion.
- No Fraud: Attempting to bypass the time-lock, using VPNs to fake offer completion, or manipulating the local storage to artificially inflate your credit balance is strictly prohibited.
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts suspected of fraud immediately and without notice.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the AI models will be available 100% of the time, or that generated content will meet your expectations.
5. Limitation of Liability
NEXUS AI, its operators, and GitHub Pages hosting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any content generated through it.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
